Yoga Teacher

Daphne is a qualified yoga teacher (200 hours Yoga Alliance and Independent Yoga Network accredited—Chair Yoga: Special Yoga Accreditation).
As the Founder of Live Well Yoga, she offers a wide range of small group and private sessions (Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga) across the Bexley Borough.
 
Many people think that they need to be flexible to do Yoga, but you don’t have to touch your toes or do the splits. Yoga provides the opportunity to explore and extend the capacity of the body and harmonise with a calm and focused mind.
 
Sessions are themed to improve flexibility, posture, and strengthen body and mind through flowing sequences and longer-held poses. Each session includes breath awareness/pranayama, asana and relaxation/meditation.
 
Small classes mean offering individual attention and providing to each a more bespoke
practice.
 
Whether you’re a regular yogi or new to Yoga, her aim is to inspire you to develop and grow your personal practice, and to enjoy the positive physical, mental and spiritual benefits this ancient discipline can bring to your everyday life.
 
Breathing is a primordial foundation of her teaching. With a conscious awareness of the breath, we can activate an internal change, creating a better balance of body and mind. Ultimately this will help to improve concentration, build focus, and enhance the asana practice.

  • 1-2-1, 2-2-1, 3-2-1 BESPOKE SESSIONS—Tailor-made sessions to fit around you, taking your personal wellbeing, injuries and medical history into account.
  • CORPORATE SESSIONS—Helping to increase wellbeing, relieve stress and cultivate engagement in the workplace, leaving employees to return to their desks invigorated, energised and focused.
